And inside, it feels like the belly of a whale. A dirty, dusty, nothing is finished, nothing works, and the floors are too shiny so you fall on your a$$ and no one in their right minds would try to run a university in it kind of whale.
to be fair, it's comig along... as more stuff is finished, though the shiny floors still make you want to skate rather than walk! Closer to a submarine design, that is the obvious part (called the atrium); but much of the rest of the design is mediocre or less.
It might have been nice to get the place finished and working before opening it to students. It's equivalent to opening a new road before installing the signs, road markings and safety fences.
