Instant hooligan

Just add (rather a lot of) petrol

It's doubtless this sort of thing that's got two-stroke outboards banned from Dubai Marina.

GG: that's brilliant where did you see it?

We used to get something similiar in Hong Kong, they were called 'tai fei' which means something like ferking fast boat in Cantonese. Anyway they were sleek metal rockets that could fit exactly two luxury saloon cars lenghtways. They would shoot across the water into China, unload their cargo and come back to nick another two!

HMHB: I confess that the photo was sent to me by someone who identifies himself on my blog as 'lawfulgoodofcowplain'. I think it came out of a motorboating forum in the UK.

Although how anyone in the UK could hope to afford to run such a boat (with petrol from the fuel bunker at £1.10 a litre or thereabouts - eek!) remains a mystery. Perhaps the phrase recreational pharmaceutical products provides a possible answer...
